Seamless.ai doesn't work properly. I have been using multiple tools to fetch data from LinkedIn from the last few years & have a good experience until I start using this tool. Their support team is in their bed from the last 9 days & failed to resolve issues I have been facing while using the tool.
- These people are quite good at making fake commitments for unlimited contacts. When you will ask them they will make you fool by saying that they have increased your daily limit
- Once they are done with the sales part, you will all alone in their world. No will come upfront to support you
- In the case of non-responsive, it seems like no hierarchical structure these people have. No proactive approach you will see from their team.
- Hidden conditions for many things
- Response time against the raised concern is something you should forget. Whenever they feel like they should respond, they will revert you
- They should change their punch line as "we believe in sales, not in support"
